    Pros +

    • Excellent hotel and staff. Clean and quiet. Excellent food. Definitely recommend.
    • Cleanness and comfortable
    • Sajjan chalet with private pool was beautiful exactly like what was shown in the photos. Staff was very nice and always trying to accommodate every request. Food was nice, the buffet had a different menu every day.

    Cons -

    • Food quality is below average, not as per the price. Breakfast is just Ok
    • There needs to be more activities for kids. There's one park but it was not in usable condition. Too many mosquitoes although the hotel sprays enough to control it.
    • - Maybe it was a language barrier, but they did have difficulty at times knowing what was what and where certain events were happening in their own hotel- Not so informative. I sent various Booking messages prior to our arrival not 1 time it was answered. Also when trying to get a cab to the monsoon palace which is something they are next to, they couldn’t just give us instructions to go the national park entrance (just 200 meters) where they arrange all of it. This is something they should be able to advise guests.- Waiters are very sweet but they lack training. People just come by and grab your chairs, cutlery whatever they please and the waiters and even the they picked stuff that we were about to use. It was a rude experience. Most guests had no manners but waiters also did nothing about it.- Kids run wild here, even though it’s up to the parents to control them, I think it’s also ok for staff members to kindly ask parents to tone down their kids a bit for the sanity of other guests. (Banging knives around tables and windows and shattering screams) not what you’d like to hear first thing in the morning. But these are minor issues that can be solved with more in depth training, otherwise the rooms were spacious and comfy and the facilities as well. I don’t try the spa, but they had a small menu and seems like an outside company/business.

    - we had the upgraded Deluxe room. Everything in wonderful working order, lovely bathroom with the essential amenities including bathrobe and slippers.- Safe deposit box- Balcony with pool view.- Room/Bed/pillows very comfortable. - Great selection breakfast buffet both local delicacies and western style options. Only negative - pastries were all a bit dry and stale. - super accommodating staff - left something behind in the room and they managed to courier it right away- they have an adventure zone. It’s small but so fun with the archery, zip line and other activities. The staff were super friendly and helpful in guiding you.- fun cultural showI highly recommend it for a bit of a getaway as it is closer to the national park next to Udaipur.

    Maintenance staff was very helpful.

I regret to say that our stay at Bamboo Saa Resort & Spa was a complete disappointment. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by rude and unfriendly front desk. Restaurant staff seemed to have no interest in providing a pleasant experience. Our simple request to check out just 30 minutes later was met with a straight-up refusal, demonstrating a lack of flexibility and customer service. To make matters worse, we were blindsided by the news of a wedding taking place at the resort, which resulted in several activities and events being canceled without prior notice. It was incredibly frustrating to have our plans disrupted because of an event we were not informed about when booking.Overall, our experience at Bamboo Saa Resort & Spa was marred by poor service, lack of accommodation, and a general disregard for guest satisfaction. We certainly will not be returning and cannot recommend it to others.

    Location is good

Service of staff is not up to the standards. I had complained twice in 2 day stay to check the drainage of bathtub. It was horrible experience as drainage was not working properly and had to bath in the mess.

Nice location and great food options. Comfortable rooms.

Front desk staff are not attentive. Began serving another customer while I was being served!

The room was of good size. They had beautiful views all around.

Breakfast was not that good. Travelling to the old city could be an issue.

The location was fantastic and the spa was amazing

The hot tub was dirty and had hair strands in it

    5KachhadiyaPosted on: 12-14-2021

The location was good and the resort was neat and clean but I don't think it's a resort, it's more of a hotel kind of a thing. I've been to udaipur for more than 20 times and I've stayed in many different resorts and this was the last one I would ever go again

The staff was really bad. Service was extremely poor. The staff had no manners at all while they misbehaved many times.

The cottages were very nice and bathroom is spacious with excellent open to sky bubble bath. Very quick service and response time to any demands. Staff are very polite and helpful. Location of hotel is also very nice with monsoon palace entrance at walking distanceBreakfast is very nice and there is high tea in evening which we loved. We enjoyed the folk dance show and adventure zone was the best part. We wished we would have stayed more than 2 days. They arranged birthday cake from their side at midnight for my sister and the cake was lovely

The cottages outside area is shared between 6 rooms which is little congested.

    Location, hospitality

The other guest were drinking in open area and annoying everyone around and the resort staff seemed helpless to control them.Need proper guidelines and control over thia so that other guest dont get disturbed.

Spacious rooms, good staff, well maintained, parking..!!!

Lack of a Gym Facility & also the swimming pool closes a bit early as compared to others.

    Food , location

Some improvement like valet parking, luggage pickup at time of checkout.

    1SandipkumarPosted on: 2-14-2021

Only plus point for this property is the location

I will start with maintenance of property-it is extremely poor maintained one.flowers pots were too dirty. Fishes were swimming in a dirty looking pond. The rooms are dirty & poorly cleaned, substandard interior.Bathrooms have poor drainage like an ordinary hotel room.Food is also very bad here, I ordered a fried chicken dish, I still didn’t get what I got. Staff is improperly trained, Called thrice to get a simple bottle opener ultimately gave up after third call. This property is highly overpriced for the facilities it provides. They were reluctant to provide me the final bill though I have paid total bill including GST,n hadn’t provided me the stamped bill.I demanded a feedback form while check out, they didn’t have it. The guy at counter provided me a blank paper to write....????After checkout I was driving out of the resort, the Gateman stopped me n called inside for my status, he told me to go back to reception as the reception guy told him I haven’t paid my bill though I had already paid all of it at checkin time only with my credit card.

    7AmishPosted on: 1-29-2021

Staff and service is very good. Cottage rooms are spacious and decently appointed . Sit out in cottages is good with garden views . Breakfast is good and staff is attentive. Food ( Al carte ) is pretty nice .

Did not like the bathroom of cottage rooms at all. Tiles are too dark , rough and rustic . If you are used to brand chains ( Accor / Taj / Marriott etc ) then this bathroom will be pain point .

    9Abhi1247Posted on: 12-20-2020

Location was beautifulCultural programmes in the evening Food was awesome Nice and friendly staff

Beds were not so comfortable in rooms . Other than that everything was superb
